Returns & Cancellations Policy

Thank you for shopping with Miniark.in. We take pride in the quality of our products and ensure that every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please contact us at greenmatterlifestyle@gmail.com with your order number. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

 

1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

2. Return & Refund Policy 

Miniark.in does not offer returns or refunds, except in the following cases:

  • You received an incorrect product, or

  • You received a product with a manufacturing defect

 

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To raise a request, please email greenmatterlifestyle@gmail.com with: Order ID, Clear photos and/or videos highlighting the issue, a brief description of the problem

Requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

 

3. Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange will be approved only if any one of these following conditions are met:

  • The issue is verified and confirmed as a manufacturing defect

  • The product has been used strictly as per usage instructions

  • The product is returned with original packaging, accessories, and invoice

 

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

  • Damage due to misuse, drops, or mishandling

  • Water damage beyond intended use

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations or modifications

 

4. Exchange Process

Our team will verify the issue once the request is submitted. Upon approval, the defective product must be sent back as instructed. The product will be inspected by our quality team upon receipt. After inspection, a replacement of the same model will be shipped. If the same model is unavailable, a comparable product of equal value will be provided. Replacements shall be offered for all orders with manufacturing defects. 

 

5. Warranty Coverage

All Miniark portable blenders come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty starting from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers: Manufacturing and functional defects only

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or cosmetic damage

  • Damage due to improper use

  • Accidental damage

  • Unauthorized servicing

 

Warranty claims after the initial 7-day period will be handled as per standard warranty procedures.

 

6. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, replacement shipping will be arranged by Miniark at our cost.

 

7. Non-Eligible Claims

We reserve the right to reject exchange or warranty claims if:

  • The issue is reported after 7 days of delivery

  • The product shows signs of misuse or damage

  • Serial number or packaging is tampered with

  • Proof of purchase is not provided
