Miniark.in currently ships across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking details once your order is shipped
3. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

5. Order Tracking

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
Courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts before marking an order as undeliverable. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, re-shipping costs (if applicable) may be borne by the customer. Please ensure that shipping details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive a package that is physically damaged, or missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing greenmatterlifestyle@gmail.com with you order ID, photos/videos of the package and product. Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
8. Address Changes
Address changes can be requested only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, address changes are not possible.
